Master Paul Prendergast will be conducting a Women's self defense classes at Paul Prendergast Karate Schools, Brick, NJ and Toms River, NJ. Class sizes are limited so sign up now.
Master Paul a 6th-Degree Black Belt will teach how to defend yourself quickly and easily against larger opponents from various situations. Students will have the opportunity to use technique against a padded instructor. This class is limited in size, so don't delay.
