At Paul Prendergast karate schools, our style is an eclectic system from these great instructors who passed on their priceless knowledge to Master Paul. Kenpo Karate, Jujitsu, Submission Grappling, Judo, and Modern Arnis are the styles that Master Paul used to create his award winning system, this system of martial arts has produced countless high caliber students who have gone on to Black Belt, and to Master level.

More history
Paul Prendergast Karate has grown from a small student body to two karate schools with over 500 students. Our commitment to our students with high quality karate instruction and responsive management services in creating enjoyable and productive learning and working environments is second to none.
Paul Prendergast Karate has a long history of “giving back” to the communities in which we are proud to serve. Since 1989 we have been committed to enhancing our community thorough FREE seminars, workshops, Women’s Self Defense, Thanksgiving Basket Brigade , Food Drives, fundraising for various causes. To date, Paul Prendergast Karate has raised over $100,000.00 for charity.
